In 2018, I was part of the Hamline University Inside-Out Prison Exchange course taught by Dr. Colleen Bell. As part of our class, Maddie Clark '19 and I took excerpts from each of our classmates' personal narratives. This video is an accumulation of the Inside-Out student’s personal narratives that highlights the common thread of humanity within storytelling and eradicating stock stories.
This video was presented at the Associated Colleges of the Twin Cities Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Conference (March 2019), and the (Un)Told Stories Conference at the University of Dakota (March 2019).
